Payment
We offer three payment methods:
- Offline payment (Internet banking, Cash deposit): For New Zealand and Australian buyers you are supplied with a bank account if you wish to make payment via internet banking or over the counter deposit.
- Credit Card Payment: Here you can pay by Visa or Mastercard, just fill in your credit card information.
- Paypal
- If you wish to make payment in other methods, please contact us first.
Payment must be made within 3 days after the order is confirmed.
Once the order/ payment is confirmed, no amendment/ cancellation is accepted.
Pricing
All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) with GST included.
The Wall Game reserves the right to change prices without notice.
No refund or exchange is accepted to any discounted items.
Delivery
All orders received will be dispatched within 2-3 working days (after the payment is settled), except the product which is out of stock or order purchase item. Then it/ they will be dispatched once it/ they arrive as the suggested time frame.
The products will be posted by NZ Post Parcelpost with tracking number (takes 3-5 working days to reach the receiver). If at any stage, tracking number is required, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
Our stickers have been tested and result shows that they work very well with most surfaces. They are designed not to leave any residue upon removal. Please avoid application on extremely powdery or flaky surfaces. If you are unsure of the sticker suitability on your intended surface, we do recommend testing on an inconspicuous area by the provided tester before application (apply to transfer stickers only). If the tester takes off the paint, please return your unopened purchase & the used tester for refund, within 15 days after your purchase. But no refund will take place if the item has been opened or damaged.
Any faulty item must be reported and return for refund within 30 days. The refund will be done after we received the faulty item.
Postage is non-refunable under any circumstances.
“Change of Mind” Policy
Unfortunately, we do not provide any cash refund for any change of mind, please choose carefully before you place the order. However, if you change your mind about the product you purchased from us, you are welcomed to exchange the product to other products at the same price, or take it as credit for your next purchase. But we do not accept any change of mind for color change or custom made item once the order is confirmed.
Please be ensured that any change of mind should be reported, with the purchased product sending back to us within 7 days after receiving it. The returned product must be in its original condition, undamaged and unopened.
